What is Islands?
The year is 2512. The human species has survived nuclear amargeddon - sort of. The survivors on a small Pacific island have rebuilt civilization the best they could. An oligargy of ruling intellectuals control the hearts and minds of the population in order to guide it into the future. Everything seems peaceful in this island paradise. But are the citizens as happy as they seem to be? Or are there darker forces at work....

Archie Archimedes – The High Mind
The most senior member of the High Council, Archimedes is entering his fiftieth year at that post. Brilliant, formidable and uncompromising. Archie continues to perform research and publish papers on theoretical physics, although it is hard to imagine where he finds the time.
Archie Archimedes is performed by Colin Murphy. Colin has appeared on stage in A Long Dark Night (Summerworks), Blood Brothers (Onstage Uxbridge), and The House of Bernarda Alba (New Teatro). On screen he has been in Inventions That Changed the World, Strange and Unusual Deaths, Forbidden Science, and Forensic Factor.
