What is Islands?
The year is 2512. The human species has survived nuclear amargeddon - sort of. The survivors on a small Pacific island have rebuilt civilization the best they could. An oligargy of ruling intellectuals control the hearts and minds of the population in order to guide it into the future. Everything seems peaceful in this island paradise. But are the citizens as happy as they seem to be? Or are there darker forces at work....

A Memetic Engineer in the employ of Dr. Archibald Archimedes. Considered by many, and for a long time, to be the greatest mind of his generation, Hooke's ego has grown with his reputation. It is unclear whether his abrasiveness is the result of some psychological failing or because he knows he can get away with it.
Hooke is performed by Jordan Bodiguel. He has appeared in shows such as VANCUBER (Genus Theatre), LAST NIGHT (BC Buds), TRUNK (Craning Neck Theatre), and SALOME (Leaky Heaven Circus). Jordan has written and directed short films such as MERMAID LOVIN', C-SHARP, and CLOSE UP.
